I’m Nikki. I’m a graphic designer in the greater NY area, and I have a passion to create. You can find me designing in a local coffee shop (clichè af), or in my kitchen snapping pictures of my beautifully crafted avocado toast (also clichè af). Both scenarios are ideal.

I would describe myself as a minimalist with an occasional touch of chaos. Clean and simple design is something I always gravitate towards, but I also can’t deny color and a good pattern.

I can’t really say I have one specific style, and I don’t necessarily see that as a negative thing. I’ve tried and failed to focus on one specific genre of design; But my scattered brain refuses to let me settle down into one realm of art. So, this is where I’ve landed. I’ve decided to stop fighting against it and open the door to all areas of design. From custom portraits, to logo design, to wedding stationary; I’ve decided to make my life difficult and do it all! Thus, ev+flo design studio was born.

At the end of the day, I just want to create beautiful art and grow my business into something really fucking cool. There has never been a plan B for me growing up when it came to figuring out who I wanted to be and what career I wanted to take on. To whomever asked about what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer was always, “I want to be an artist.” I wasn’t always certain what kind of artist, or how I would get there, but deep in my bones, I always knew it was the path for me. I was meant to create.

As the infamous philosopher Jay-Z once said: “Either love me or leave me alone.” Life’s not that serious!!! Let’s have fun, let’s collaborate, and let’s make something beautiful together.
